  • Non-empty github_stars in Sources cache
  • No invented stars—if GitHub is unlinked, the wallet is out

Eligibility is applied before sorting. This is not financial advice and not a “best crypto” list—only entities that currently pass the scenario rules and appear in our evidence caches.
