Eligibility first: only centralized exchanges in our registry that currently have a CoinGecko trust_score fact in Sources. Sort uses that score (passport coverage as a light tie-break). This is not a security audit and not investment advice.
Eligibility rules
- Entity type
exchange:*with an active review path in cache - Non-empty
trust_scorefact from collectors - Excluded if trust_score missing/zero (fails gate—does not appear as “rank 999”)
Eligibility is applied before sorting. This is not financial advice and not a “best crypto” list—only entities that currently pass the scenario rules and appear in our evidence caches.
